Why did you come up with a list of COVID-19 Superfoods?
I think the world has gotten COVID-19 terribly wrong. I think COVID-19 itself is no more dangerous than the seasonal flu but somehow the world has taken a nightmare pill and is getting everything wrong. Terribly wrong.
I protested online until I was banned, then I started protesting the old fashioned way as seen in the picture to the right, and now I'm doing this.
How did you come up with the list of COVID-19 Superfoods?
The list I came up with needed to combat the negative effects of COVID-19 itself, the "vaccine" and the "vaccine" shedding, be cheap, easy and plentiful and bypass the medical and pharmaceutical industries.
I listened to the experts and the same protocol items came up over and over again. Once I had a list of the top 10 most recommended protocol items, I translated those items into things that were both abundant and inexpensive.

As it turns out, it doesn't matter what your thoughts on COVID-19 are, this list of food has got you covered. If you think the doctors and politicians are 100% correct and I'm a crazy conspiracy theorist, this list of food is just a list of healthy food to consume. If you think something nefarious is going on and you're questioning the mainstream narrative, these foods can be thought of as medicine that can help you and your family through this nightmare. Either way, it's just a list of healthy food I am recommending that you eat.
I am not a health food nut. Moderation, common sense and the Canada Food Guide are about the extent to my obsession with food. The reason I'm telling you this is that I want you to know that this list is NOT tainted with any other types of diets. I took a very analytical approach to creating this list and it is STRICTLY COVID-19 related. In other words, none of my biases or preferences affected the list.

Along the top of the chart are the most recommended protocol items from people I trust and along the left side are the top natural food sources for that item. Both are sorted in order of importance.
What should I do with this list?
